YMMV but I've had 3 not track over the last 6 months with Temu. 2 Shopback, 1 with TopCashBack. I used a variety of methods (Temu iOS app, Windows Edge Incognito, Windows Chrome Icognito)
However the latest method I used with Shopback did track, obviously may not apply to you but thought I'd share anyway
Ensured Temu cart was empty
Shopback iOS App
Opened Temu within the Shopback App
Added the products I wanted in 1 session without leaving Shopback App

Most of the stuff I want is cheaper on aliexpress anyway. So the extra 10% savings isn't worth the risk or hassle.I checked edge and it seemed to have introduced more levels of cookie blocking. I just went in and turned it down to basic.
It seems they have no intention of paying you.
I got paid within a month from ShopBack last time. But this time it is warning me to not use the code I got from playing on TEMU farmland.

Who knows about limit. I would stick to $50.
I ordered when they had about 15% cashback. I asked Temu support bot for a coupon, and they gave me 20% off. There was a pop up in the shopback app browser saying not to use coupons. I placed my order anyway. It was $41. Cashback didn't track, so I put in a missing cashback claim. They approved and paid $20 cashback within a couple of weeks. Winner winner.
It just won't track at all.

No. For Queenslanders, it was mentioned in my SB Temu post in Nov here and here.
Temu has an order minimum of AU$15 for new users and AU$40 for returning users on orders shipped by Temu, with the following exceptions for returning users shipping to: QLD, TAS, NT (AU$50 order min.).
In the SB app, under Temu store, there is a $10 bonus challenge to join for $30 spend at Temu. 348 openings left. Not sure if this is targeted as I'm not a Temu customer. SB Plus gets 42% cashback.

just be careful as I clicked through the email from ShopBack and it says Oops only applicable to new users when redirected to Temu. I have Temu logged in.
There's nowhere stating uncapped from the deal itself on the Shopback portal too…

The item i want to purchase has a limited time discount of $15 and i dont want that to affect my cashbackI put in an order with the extension, as soon as I paid it turns from green to red and notifies me to activate cashback.
I've got a recording, it's also recorded my clicks but no confirmation yet. Might be good to make a recording just in case.Please do not use this website. Last year around Oct/2024 I booked a hotel using Expedia and stayed there in Dec. my click activity was tracked and the amount was correct. But just last week, it got rejected. when I raised it with the support, I was told that Vendor declined it and they gave me a list of possibilities. It is not possible for me to do any in that list because I did that purchase from my mobile.
I dont how all my small claim are getting approved and I always have a problem when the cliam is slighly bigger. This is the not first time. Any amount greater than $50, there come back with some excuse.
Has anyone had cashback track without emptying their carts? Have existing items in cart and seeing if I need to empty it…

Of course, there is no support from Shopback.This is standard when opening Temu. It's referring to a new user coupon, not the cashback. It's the same if you follow a Google shopping link. You can continue as normal.

Mine just tracked. Made order on iPad through the Shopback app which launced Temu website (not app)
Mine tracked in a little over 24 hours using the Shopback App on iOS which launches the Temu Website within the App. Second successful tracking I've had with Temu and Shopback after a few failures to launch.
Please beware!!!!!! didn't track for larger amount this time!!!!! No issue tracking with purchase less than $100 past few times!!!!!

It states it may take up to 7 days to track… I just logged a missing cashback claim.

Did not track for me. Made a mistake. I should have stuck with tcb. They always tracked for me there.
Does anyone know if you refund 1 item from your order will invalid all your cashback or shopback will adjust the cashback amount??
I got my order today, but 1 item has missing part. 🙄Invalidated tho whole thing I beleive

Anyone know if shopback will still track despite the stupid "Your ad blocker is blocking Cashback" page?
Because my adblocker is entirely disabled so idk why its saying that.
