Bank That Will Lend on Strata Property with Slight Cladding Issue

I have purchased an apartment in Melbourne.

Very frustrating but Bendigo bank refuse to lend on it due to what the valuer observed as "possible flammable cladding", despite having evidence from strata that council investigated this and were satisfied the cladding is not in fact flammable (it is a different material).

Are there any lenders who are more lenient on this, especially given there's no evidence of anything flammable there?

I need a quick loan to settle.

CBA will lend to pretty much anything with a pulse or an income, so try them, if they won't lend then definitely nobody else will.
They may require 20% deposit though with no possibility of LMI.
