  • Waiting for a big discount on Yoga Tab Plus :)

  • How's this compare to the M10 3rd Gen ALDI sold for $99 a few years back, has been good for kids tablets but goes flat in around 90 mins so starting to struggle with roblox/minecraft.

edit: looked at gsm arena, doesn't seem much but it does have a much bigger battery which would fix my issue :D

  • Will this be good enough for notetaking at university?

    Strongly advise against purchasing.

I experienced significant issues with the Lenovo Tab 10.1. Both tablets I bought last year developed unresponsive screens within 6 to 10 months. While they were replaced under warranty, the replacements are now exhibiting the same screen unresponsiveness issue, unfortunately just outside the original 12-month purchase warranty.

    • +2

Luckily under ACL, you have 2 years.

    • If you bought from a standard retailer, you can ask for either a replacement or refund within 2 years.

warning to anyone considering the lenovo tab m11. the pen will drive you crazy! there is no way to turn off handwriting recognition permanently. the tablet constantly re-enables it without any user input. also, the pen takes a aaaa battery which are easy enough to get but you won't get them from colesworth. surprise surprise, lenovo support is absolutely useless regarding the pen issue.

    • +1

Lenovo have updated this tablet to Android 15. the handwriting recognition that plagued this tablet can now be turned off & it now stays turned off. hoof**ckingray!

Confirmed OW will price match and give 5%

  • I've got x2 of the 8GB M11 models, had them for about 12 months, both have been fantastic for basic media consumption

  • Anyone using a cheaper Tab as a networked screen via Spacedesk?

Wondering if cheap tabs work ok just as a PC screen.

ATM I move my Samsung Tab back and forth between the wall (Home Assistant) and my Flight Sim.
