Kings 120ah lithium battery. Cheapest I have seen it. In my opinion a very good deal and a decent 120ah battery. I have owned one of these for a few years and I’m more than happy with the performance and reliability.
This battery is the primsmatic cell version with in my opinion is better than the pouch cell 100ah version.

Yes with the correct cable you can hook this directly to a 12v fridge.
Or run an inverter and a 240v fridge

Victron charger to charge (5amp) and depending on what you want to power, you'll need to hook up connectors (e.g. Anderson, xt etc….)
Buy a battery box w/dcdc charger. Wire a cable to your cars starter battery with a midi fuse inline. Drive and connect access To it like 12v fridges 1000w inverters, 12v ovens etc.
I run an espresso machine and grinder when camping using similar.
The batblock 20 or 40 seem alright
Get the bat block from kings for easy solution. Did the same recently works great.
