Yes I got it in an email. Actually not 100% if it's targeted but looks like similar offers in the past have been marked as targeted
afaik email offers aren’t targeted - unfortunately app offers not currently loading :(
Thought it was just me whose app wasn't loading. I find the app is pretty poor in general.
@ryefig: I just chatted with Citi on live chat and they said there were no reports of issues and to try again in a few days. So probably best if everyone contacts them to let them know it isn't working.
@hellwolf: the agents/reps don't care, more calls/chats = more money for them. they keep it quite so the work keeps rolling in :)
@hellwolf: Useless support. I signed up for Citi CC when they had Apple Pay promo but I couldn't add the card to my phone. Called them and they said wait for 2 weeks before readding, still didn't work. Called again and they said no know issue on their end (which is BS because I found someone had an issue on Whirlpool) and asked me to wait for 2 weeks again what a joke
same here. keeps loading 4ever for app offers.
I never get emails. I checked it in the app which had all of the above.

@Zackyis: I have the same issue. May I ask what card you have? I started to think it's the card issue not the device issue. I have a premier card
@hellwolf: Ok, yes I have tried several devices (old/new/android/ipad), none can access 'My Cashback' section, so I guess it could be the card, not so much the devices.
@AUuser: Citibank were useless when I reported it yesterday. They said no one else has reported the issue and to try again in a few days.
@hellwolf: I just chat with them online again, the person said this issue has already been raised and they are investigating and gave me an incident number for reference. So hopefully they can resolve this asap

Yep same here. Not on IOS though I'm on Android (Pixel 6a). App is a little buggy as works for some and not for others?
app has been crazy buggy for the last few months if I'm being honest. sometimes after I log in it kicks me out of the session and I have to log in again.

I didn't get a text or an email. it was a push notification from the app. I've saved a screenshot.
Only got the CW one though. Can't get into the app (still) to see if I got the Special offer.

Still can’t get into the cashback section of the app 9 days into the month
Premier card. Offers are still not showing in the app (just hangs). Received email with CW and Special GC offers. Bought a WW GC. Credit received.
Thanks for the data point. App offers still not working for me and I don't receive offer emails (can't see where to enable that in the app either), but I'll take a gamble on Special.
Gamble paid off, $10 promptly received.

I called up Citi today regarding the cashback page not loading in the app. They said they are aware of the issue and are looking into it. When they resolve it, they will send us a notification.
I have done the same 8 days ago….so let's see how long they going to resolve that

Just flagging that special gift cards are patchy and there's effectively little support if you need it - I had a transaction hang at a retailer and it took almost $200 from my card. Trying to sort out the mess is proving WAY too hard. BUYER BEWARE
