  Absolutely pointless service.

  How it works, as stated on their website:

  • Fill out the "quick quote" form on our website
  • Our team scouts for the best storage options
  • Within 24 hours we provide 2-3 options (via e-mail) for you to select from
  • Let us know which option you'd prefer & booking method
  • We finalise the booking & you are all sorted!

  That does not seem to be how it works. What you do get is a bunch of calls/emails from various storage companies asking a bunch of questions about what you want to store and why before they will give you a quote, but if you don't have all the answers on the spot they just ask that you come in to discuss your storage needs.

  So really this website doesn't seem to do any work at all, they just send out your contact details to storage companies in your area do none of the legwork.
