Audio Technica ATH-CKS30TW+ TWS Noise Cancelling in-Ear Headphones $139 + Delivery ($0 C&C/in-Store) @ JB Hi-Fi

70

I picked these yesterday. I believe they are punching too much for the price compared to other big brands. The sound quality is amazing. The experience of Audio Technica in this department shines through. It has multipoint pairing, excellent noise cancellation, transparency mode, side tone.

The accompanying app has tons of customizations.

I think they are a steal for the price.

Update:

I just played some more time with the earphones and the app.

  • The app allows you to adjust the sound signature including adjusting the level of intensity. For example you can go bass boost deep or beat. Again in the deep or beat eq, you can further go with adjusting the intensity of the bass to default/mid/strong
  • The earphones are IP55 water resistant
  • Sound scapes are available for ambient sound for relaxation
  • You can customize lots of stuff regarding the controls
  • Find my buds feature also available which records the last location of the earphones.

Well, I was hoping to get second opinions from the floor

  • Good quality for the price?

  • Now i have to consider these, after almost being 100% set on the sony C710N which are on special at the moment.

Probably a better product for $10 more.

Edit: might not be. One posted by OP has a bigger driver.

This or EarFun Air Pro 4 for $93

Haven't used air pro 4, but i am confident these will blow them out of the water.

That's an interesting claim considering how well regarded/reviewed the air 4 pros are. They punch well above their weight and are specc'd incredibly well.

Having a quick look at the specs these Audio-Technica's seem extremely bare bones. It doesn't even have any high-res codecs for example. Stuck with SBC/AAC. I don't have either, but I find it hard to believe these would blow them out of the water.
