Kitchenaid + heavy cream + condensed milk + cocoa powder / whatever flavouring, whack it in the freezer for 6hrs. Bueno.
This is not yank land, heavy cream is what they call it in North America, here in Australia it’s called thickened cream.

how do you get the frozen mixed to be soft like ice cream texture?
Usually when you do this, it is just really hard
Mix cream on low until it thickens a lot, then add in condensed milk & cocoa and mix on higher speed until smooth texture. It's not like an ice cream commercial in terms of malleability but not granite either. I saw it on an IG reel ages ago.
i tried something similar and the frozen cream was hard
