    I posted this in other UGREEN thread too —

    Same - I talked to the support and they confirmed as the product I ordered is still available (but back to normal pricing), I can place a new order with the new price and whatever the difference with the original cancelled discounted price and the new will be refunded via Amazon gift card credit once I receive the product and contact Amazon support again.

    Talk to the Amazon customer support and see how it goes.
