my wife used them in Sydney over ANZAC, no dramas… obviously they had "easter/ anzac limited promo", duplicitous marketting aside, would defs use them again, of course more than likely they'll always have some promo going on.
Not really a bargain when last post @20% off only expired 3 days ago.
Seems more like just another OzFreeAdvertisement, not really what a community website for sharing bargains is meant for.

These hidden fees should really be in the deal description.
Wifey used them in Melbourne. Coincided with major traffic jam at the airport (not sure if that is normal), which meant the shuttle bus took 30m to pick her up (should only take 5-10). Depot is a few minutes away from the airport. But no surprise charges, deposit returned quickly. Decent car. Standard non-sale price was cheaper than eastern, avis/hertz/thrifty, and ace. Happy to use again but ymmv (Google and ozb reviews…)
Neg for the reasons outlined above. Worse deal than only three days ago, and heaps of hidden charges.
