Huawei Watch GT 5, $272 ($261.88 with FIRST) Delivered @ Vchain Global ECommerce Kogan

100

I think the $329 JB HiFi/Amazon deals were the previous ATL so this sets a new low. Add 'Kogan First' membership (free 14-day trial) to get the lower price. Just remember to cancel after purchase.

Extra accessories to consider:

There may be more watch sales running but I ran out of time sorry.

You can get google pay to work because it has access to google play store.

        • Not important to me. I rather have long battery and accurate health readings.

The Huawei Watch GT 5’s stainless steel case is crafted with ultra-hard coatings

Not Titanium. Nor does it have the Sapphire screen. Would be a bargain if it did.

Sorry for the typo, as I said I was in a rush and wanted to get this out before I had to head out. The irony was, it's not even a popular deal. I could have taken my time and done it later.

I got the 5 pro and i cant get ecg to work. Apparently australia accounts cant use it yet. Also these dont have hrv during sleep. So i wear a fitbit inspire and huawei gt5 pro.

    • Setup an account with Hong Kong region to get ECG feature to work on GT 5 Pro

  • Is this watch a part of that Chinese spy stuff that was banned?

    • I don't know. If we're wearing that tin foil hat then what is there left to buy?

I've been an owner of the Huawei watches for years now and they are fantastic. Also, support is surprisingly great. I once had a charger go bad and reached out to Huawei Australia directly and without hesitation they asked for my address to send me a new one on the house. They had zero obligation to do that. This was back when aftermarket options were limited, you can get them for a few bucks on eBay/Amazon now of course.

10+ days battery life is my favourite "feature", not having to charge it every night.

It's not as "smart" as other brands and that's fine with me. It does everything I need of it. If the CCP are aware of my sleeping patterns now, and what times I go for my daily walks, then that's a price I'm willing to pay.
