As with every CB service do so at your own risk. I screen record every cashback transaction and that has been useful when I've had to claim missing cashback. I have never had to chase TCB up for a cashback but have used them the least vs SB and CR.
my last transaction with TCB wasn't even recorded i think it was ~$10 or something, cbf to contact them to dispute

You have to add them to cart after redirect from TCB site, that is the whole point of cash back.

Not sure about Adidas specifically, but very often I fill a cart and then go through TCB or Cashrewards before checking out, and it tracks.

A lot just scroll down on the tcb website for a list.
CR always says to clear cart first so even though I couldnt see any mention of that for TCB I did it that way to be safe.
How long did it take to track for others in the 20% deal? Mine's still not tracked after 30 minutes.
Mine tracked 9 minutes after purchasing last night.

In the order confirmation email the formatting for my address seems unsual. It's shown as street name then followed by house number, eg "Brick St 13".
Order has yet to track (TCB) after 80 minutes. Fingers crossed there won't be an issue

2 orders yesterday and none of them tracked. Did not include any of the exclusions. Not a big fan of TCB, should of used cashrewards instead
