That’s heaps good I love my Q revo S. Does a great job at its price point.

    • does the Qrevo S have matter support?

      • +7

        does it matter?

      • +1

I was looking for the same thing, I found Qrevo Slim support Matter, so I am wondering if Qrevo S stands for Qrevo slim?

        • yeah not really sure, there are too many variants

also where did you find that the slim model supports matter?
          thanks

  • +8

    given theres 300 models
i have no idea if its a good deal or not

which ones have the roller mops not the spinners

    • -1

That's the main reason I'm sticking an my robo vac I picked up 2-3 years ago. Doesnt have any fancy features, is buggy etc, but I'd rather not spend the time to research so many models.

      • Q revo was my pitch Black Friday for price perfo - robot wars rated it well

  • +2

Really good deal! I love my qrevo s, this is the budget version little brother in the qrevo family but still deliver same clean floor day to day.
No extendable mop arm or side arm, no hot water wash, no docking station self clean means you need to take care of your machine and floor edge a bit more.
It’s suitable if you manually mop your floor at least once every second week, or your bedroom level

    • Is the "premium" version the Qrevo MaxV? There are so many different Roborock models that it's hard to differentiate them…

      • +3

        Qrevo c gives you extend arm mopping;
        Qrevo edge c give you extend side brush and hotwater mopwash;
Qrevo edge gives you climbing and camera

You can ignore other models, maxv and master already superceded, curve doesnt have good user feedback

        • if i want that long roller mop with hot water and self cleaning and nothing else. which model would that be? edge c?

          • @furythree: Qrevo use spining mop not roller, you need to wait for next year

You need to know roller doesnt do a good job reaching the corners and edges, the consumables are expensive too.

If you looking at qrevo family, i would recommend c or edge c

            • @Jl3636: thanks

i have rather open floors and not many corners and edges to get to. also floorboars. would that make the rollers suitable or pads?

        • Thoughts on the Qrevo S vs S7 Max Ultra?

        • Thanks! Very helpful.

      • I got the MaxV a few months back and like it. I got a refurbed one from their official store for $870 or so delivered.

    • Mop once a fortnight? I could only imagine the filth.

  • Just bought the qrevo s - looking forward to a nice upgrade from the s5 Max :) Can anyone recommend where they buy their accessory kits from for this vacuum? I can see ones on Amazon but some of the reviews are not entirely favourable with regards to the quality of the replacement brush or fitting of the mopping pads. Any better recommendations, or do people just buy the Roborock ones at their high prices?

    • I bought replacement bits for the Qrevo on Aliexpress, was like 30 bucks delivered for 10 of each (brushes, mop pads, roller etc). They seem alright in quality.

      • +1

$10 for 2 brushes, 12 vacuum bags, 10 side brushes, 10 filters, and 16 mops pads seems like a crazy price if they fit and even act as a semi-reasonable replacement. Do you have a link to the specific ones you bought?

        https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007425959999.html?algo_e…

        • It won’t be $10 when you actually go ahead with the selection, I believe I got the “Set 4” from the link you sent with the 38pcs total.

Seems decent quality but so far I’ve only replaced the mops.

All I want is a Qrevo that self cleans mop and avoids charging cables. Which one does this at the lowest price point? thanks.

      • -1

Don't you need to get the ones with V in the name for "vision" so they can see the cables and stuff on the floor better?

        • not sure, website says "Reactive Tech Obstacle Avoidance" but this review says obstacle avoidance is pretty bad https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Vn6_YpQRWg.
May be someone who already has it may confirm.

          • +1

@bargainhunter98: This one does the obstacle avoidance
(I got it for my mum - sometimes still gets the cables)
but my S8 pro ultra (top of the range when I bought it) still gets caught on them too.

They mostly avoid cables, but for the price point this one can’t be beat. If I were going again, I’d get the QRevo S

  • dusts are emptied in a bag? I was looking for a bagless one, can anyone confirm please?

    • you'd need to buy a cheaper roborock model

  • Tempted. Can anyone comment on if hot mopping is worth the extra few hundred $ compared to the Q Revo S?

    • +1

Absolutely worth it if you have open kitchen, the mopping pads stay clean a lot longer

With entry models you need to wash mop pads every week, edge c and above models you can leave it for two weeks in the dock.

  • Thanks for posting!

How did you manage to apply both codes? I can only get one to work but never both of them together. Pretty keen to pull the trigger.

    Again, thanks for posting!

    • +1

At checkout it lets me add both

      • I missed the second code.

    • Thanks OP. second code is for eBay plus

  • Just in time to replace my aging S50!

    Bought a Q Revo S, cheers Clear

I've made many a tech purchase and done oodles of research and review scouring in my years but I don't think I've ever felt so confused and unclear as I have with the robot vac market. What the models are and the differences between them, why some are $2K+ and why there are SO many models, and then the Aus market seems so different to overseas too where most of the reviews and info is for.

I'm fairly sure the QRevo was on my shortlist a little while ago but there's probably 16 different variants. Does anyone have any good AU based guides/recommendations? We're on mostly tile floors and mainly want something that can mop by itself without needing to be set up for it

    • +1

I got one for my mum who is 88 and she loves it. App on phone, station fills and empties, a splash of the cleaning fluid in 5 litres water and it empties dust and cleans and dries pads once parked for charging. The bag rarely needs replacing. Leaves little water behind.

She has a glossy vinyl that shows marks all the time. She waits for Dad to leave the house and goes with the paper to the table with a coffee and sets it free. This far outperformes hand mopping with regards the mopping streaks on that terrible floor.

Personally I think $1200 or less. If it meets your needs but is cheaper then great. The QREVO S at this price is great. There will always be an excuse to drop a few hundred more for another feature but it's diminishing values IMHO. Roborock software (and updates) and parts are good in my experience as well.

  • +1

Quoted "This features 7000pa suction power, dual sinning mops",

I want a mop but without the sinning.

    • +8

You must fill the tank with holy water

  • Not showing $890.99 to me anymore. It is currently 990 after applying code.

  • “This code can’t be applied to some of the items” has this deal expired?

    • same to me. Code still works for Roborock Q8 Max+

      • Confirmed from rep via eBay

Unfortunately, the Roborock Qrevo S Robot Vacuum with Multifunctional Dock - White is no longer eligible for the MCEOFY10 code.

        🙄

But some of you may have a targeted 10% Home & Garden code which works on this.
