when will this drop to $600, as this is the 4g version it won't come any time soon. With 4g is it only on optus and telstra and you can't have prepaid or how does it work.
I'm using Optus prepaid and have 4G service. I bought the S3 4G from these guys. Thoroughly recommended business, love my phone but I kinda wish I'd bought a note for a change as I had a S2 previously which was running jellybean so it's not much of a change.
which plan are you on with Optus is it costing you more do you use the 4g often. How much of a difference did it make when browsing.
I'm using the social plan at the moment. It's only 500mb inc but you can buy $5 booster which gets you another 500mb. Social media sites such as facebook and Twitter are free to use hence the name. Speeds are lightening fast. Makes NextG look like GPRS. Beware setting up your new phone without WiFi present though, I was at the in-laws for Christmas and had no WiFi. The phone downloaded all my apps and photos from the cloud and burned my 500mb within 20 minutes lol.
Is this a 28 degrees buyers protection friendly merchant. Strongly thinking about pulling thr trigger after waiting for sometime, but of course only if 28 degrees cover any possible price drops :)

Just joined tonight after seeing this promo, pulled the trigger and bought one.
Don't need the 4G yet and TPG don't support it yet, but i'm future proofed if and when TPG decide to join other resellers on the Optus 4G bandwagon..

These guys normally charge about $75-80 for delivery. They're the same as techrific. They fudge the pricing and transfer it to delivery fees in order to top the list on shopbot and staticice as having the 'cheapest' price and artificially generating more site traffic.
