  • Trying to purchase a US eSIM but doesn't accept either TAKE45 or TAKE25. Options available mention TAKE45 code but doesn't accept during checkout.

Seems to work on other destinations however.

Hi @justanotherjoe - the issue has been sorted out and the discount should now work, please try again

      • Thank you! Will the eSIM switch between carriers depending on availability at the time? For areas with no Verizon or AT&T coverage will it use whichever is available?

        • +1

Yes, our USA eSIM plans data coverage use T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T networks. If you're outside the coverage area of these networks no mobile service will be available.

          • @EarthEsim: Hi - Travelling to Alaska for a cruise soon - I understand that the best carrier by far for Alaska is AT&T and you mention above that you do support AT&T. However, on your website it only mentions Verizon & T-Mobile. It is important that AT&T is covered so could you please confirm it is definitely supported for both iPhone and Samsung?

Travelling to Europe soon, so was searching for deals. Mobimatter is 12GB for 30 days all over Europe+US for 11.99 USD (~$18.50 AUD).

Your plans are not competitive at all.

    • +1

Agree. Currently in Europe using 5G 30day 10GB 30+ country esims from Jetpac and Globalesim for around $17.

  • I've got an iPhone 13 that supports eSIM but was wondering is it possible to use both physical and eSIM simultaneously?

I'll be travelling to EU at end of the year but need people to still be able to call me on my Australian number (physical SIM) but would be great to be able to use the generous data allowances on eSIM plans simultaneously. Only want to do it if its seamless - wasn't sure if you need to constantly switch back and forth between the SIMS.

    • Yes, you can, no switching is required. Your iPhone we'll let you select which sim card or eSIM to use for data and which one to use for calls, these prompts will be asked during the setup process of your new eSIM and can be changed at any time. • Tried purchasing the UK eSIM and despite what it says in the description am being asked to provide ID documents via email after they've already taken payment.

Phone number goes through to an automated line to leave a message and support hasn't responded to my queries in the last 5 hours.

    • UPDATE: Was told this was because my transaction had been flagged as suspicious by their internal team and have now had my eSIM issued and activated.

      • Thanks for your patience, @TheWalkenDead. A very small number of our orders require manual approval before the eSIM order is released.

  • I'm going to Los Angeles in July for 2 weeks. Can I buy a US 10gb eSim now and activate it start of July or do i need to wait until then?

    • +1

Yes @RenVilo, you can purchase your USA eSIM plans today and activate them anytime within the next 180 days.

  • Just bought the Europe region 20gb 30days eSIM for my iPhone 13 mini, followed thru the instruction to install the eSIM on the phone. I will be flying to Europe next week, is that correct the eSIM will continue to show activating until I arrived at France pls? Also, from France going to Italy, is it going to automatic connected to the service provider pls? Or do I need to do any change on setting pls? Thanks

    • Yes @ppduck that is correct, your eSIM won't be activated until you arrive in France. Please ensure you have toggled 'Roaming' to ON for your newly installed eSIM. No settings need to be changed when moving between countries, your eSIM will automatically switch over if a different network provider is needed.
