Ffalcon 75" U64 4K UHD Google TV (2024) $799 ($789 with Perks) + Delivery ($0 C&C/ In-Store) @ JB Hi-Fi

250

Saw this price when trawling through 75" TV deals and this seems decent from a bricks and mortar.

Yeah yeah, it's Ffalcon and VERY budget, refresh rate is crap for playing games and watching sports etc.

Google TV OS: smooth streaming experience (Netflix, YouTube, etc.)

Built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant

Decent picture quality for everyday use

2 x 15W internal speakers are fine for general TV watching, and you don't need a soundbar.

Remember to get the $10 perks voucher + use GC etc for extra savings.

AI says these cars will fit if collecting the TV yourself to save delivery fee (YMMV)

The only problem is the AI didn't read JBs pick up policy…

Yeah the AI is confidently wrong on this one.

You ain’t fitting even a 65 inch in any of those cars.

Can we use our human brains before posting what is clearly incorrect rubbish spouted by AI?

        • I've transported a couple of 65" on its back in hatches. No probs.

          • @CVonC: Transporting it laying flat doesn’t count. You need to transport them standing up.

Ironic that it doesn't fit in a Ford Falcon??

Good for a kids TV, would not have this in the lounge room

    • Good for the maids room, would not have this is in a kids room.

      • oof!

That’s….discriminatory to the kids too, don’t ya think?

        • woosh!

I was having a small dig at Stingy for gatekeeping the TV saying it's only good enough for kids.

          • @persei7: Woosh!

            Haha

I was having a dig at you as well

            Hence the ….

            Lol

          • @persei7: A few years ago i bought a TV from BIGW, it was the biggest hunk of crap. The actual pain is when you have to return it, lugging a 75" tv through the shopping centre - true walk of shame. Just dont want anyone else to deal with that life changing experience

These are pretty good if you are on a tight budget. I had a 55" 4k for a while til I could afford a better TV. Did some tweaking in the menu and ended up with what I thought was a decent picture.

I can't comment on the inbuilt Google app though, as I just use TV's as a monitor and run everything through an A/V receiver using a CCWGTV and a UHD Blu Ray player. But I would expect the app to be fairly rubbish.

    • Do they have same warranty as normal tv?

Every time I see this brand I picture Ken from Streetfighter doing an upper cut type move and saying FFFFFALCON!!!

I read the JB HiFi Specs and there at the bottom is Manufacturer's warranty 1 Year. I had a FFalcon 65" unit that just lasted past the 1 year warranty when the power supply erupted into bright blue sparks and scorched my entertainment unit. It went to the tip. I'll never go near that brand again regardless of price. Yes I could have tried to invoke a consumer implied warranty, a TV should last more than a year. Sometimes you think, is it worth the hassle, and I decided not.

In summary, in my view if an item like a TV only has 1 year manufacturer's warranty avoid it like the plague.
