Missing a Lot of ShopBack Claims and Not Getting a Response from Customer Service. Anything I Can Do?

This has been incredibly frustrating but I now have 4-5 orders where ShopBack cashback is either missing or incomplete.
I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times to no avail. First time - no one got back to me on email. Second time - someone reached out then never responded. I'm missing about $100 or so, which is a not a lot in the grand scheme of things but money is money (and typing it out makes me realise $100 is a decent about to be missing).

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

        A true customer service agent would be WFH, so you should already be at home unless you're double dipping and attending to your side hustle.

    I too am missing lots of cashback from BWS specifically. As well no real replies from ShopBack, just AI generated replies “investigating” with no human replies. I have photo proof that orders were “ShopBack activated” when I paid, yet their ShopBack history shows I did not make a purchase. Was not having an issue with BWS cashback specifically until approx 1 year ago. I reckon I have missed out on hundreds of dollars as the cashback is between 18%-100% on each offer I have used which does not take long to add up the savings. Anyone else have this issue? I am using my mobile phone with ShopBack that is taking me to the BWS website (not the BWS mobile app). Historically this always worked with no issues. All other ShopBack cashbacks work fine for me, except for BWS.

    • I'm in the same boat. Been tryin' to sort out my cashback issue with them, but all I get is their chatbot, spitting out generic responses. It's like talk to a brick wall. No real human. It's frustrating when you've done right, and there's no proper support to help you out.
