    So you’re paying roughly $9 per pack.

    Currently only Surging Sparks is worth near that value on a per pack basis. All the others are around 6-8 per.

    There’s a reason these tins stay in stock, even when booster bundles and booster boxes are being swept up at above retail prices within seconds of release.

    It’s just poor value.

      I also thought that Surging Sparks is worth more per pack than most other Scarlet & Violet sets, but that’s actually not the case. I did an analysis of average value per pack based on published pull rates and market value of cards.

      Journey Together is more valuable per pack than Surging Sparks. When I did the analysis about six weeks ago (market values dropped quite a bit since then), Surging was worth 5.40 per pack on average and Journey 7.48. Surging is only the 7th most valuable set per pack in SV. The combined value of all cards is higher than most other sets though.

    I bought two tins at Amazon. One of them contained the Journey Together chase card, the other one a nice Illustration rare which I didn’t have yet. First good pull I had in a while (except for the 151 rerelease which always has good pulls). So these tins are good.

    Mine didn’t have Twilight Masquerade as OP says but Paradox Rift

      You are right, i think it was paradox rift instead of twilight.

      I managed the pidegot sir out of my 5 packs
