If you like the brand, this seems like a pretty good deal.
Quiet mode, mapping, air filter, doesn't much around with drag a rag mopping. I'm assuming lidar.
It's listed at $999 on the Miele site.
From site:
Four cleaning modes to suit your lifestyle - Auto Mode for systematic cleaning, Spot Mode for cleaning a specific area, Silence Mode for slow and quiet cleaning, and Turbo Mode for cleaning larger areas in less time
Quattro Cleaning Power creates an efficient 4-stage suction system for top-class dust pick up on any kind of floor
Rotating side brushes clean corners and edges even more thoroughly and are ideal for use on hard floors and short-pile carpets
Uses 3D Smart Navigation to ensure that all areas to be cleaned are systematically covered and the charging station is reliably located again
The powerful battery lasts up to 85 minutes* with a single charge, making it perfect for cleaning areas up to 70m2 (*measured in the Silent cleaning mode, in a standard environment according to IEC 62929:2014)
Fitted with an AirClean Plus exhaust filter for outstandingly effective filtration and clean room air, allowing you to breathe with ease
Slimline construction for reaching difficult-to-access areas and under furniture, with Furniture Protection Technology allowing the appliance to detect its surroundings and prevent collision with objects
Simple, intuitive operation with Touch Control or Miele Scout App Control - remote control also included for manual operation
My dictionary says silent means "marked by absence of noise or sound". This model is tested 61.1db in 'silent more'. That's around normal conversation level. 5db better than my iRobot running normally. The Miele tests about 5db higher in turbo mode.
Marketers may try to sell you 'silent', but there's no such thing as a silent robot vacuum! You'll get a little more peace if you let the Miele run a lot longer, seems to be the message.
