On sale are these two robot vacuums from Eureka which both feature a bagless auto-empty charging dock, so you don't need to waste money on buying additional dust bags. Both the Eureka E20 Plus and Eureka E10s are available in Black or White.

The main differences between the two is that the E20 features stronger 8000pa suction (4000pa in E10), better edge cleaning and the LiDAR navigation has been upgraded to provide better 3D obstacle avoidance and better navigation in low light conditions.

Both feature 2 side brushes, phone app for settings, mapping etc, auto lifting mops, anti-hair tangling brushes, Alexa/Google/Siri support and battery life up to 180 minutes.

  • Anyone have this? Any good? I have eufy and am thinking to upgrade.

    • +1

Depends on which eufy you have.

If your one doesn't have LiDAR or self empty bin then that would probably be a yes.

If I were to buy now, I would go for the e20 Plus.

    • I have this and totally love it. I've had Xiaomi, lubluelu, LGs, and other brands for years, this is my favourite one. Fire and forget.

It does the job, no complaints from me. Battery last for ages, doesn't forget maps, doesn't get stuck. And love how you can see the dirt collected. You know it's working.

    • We have had the e10s for under a year. Works quite well, for a small place W/hardwood floors and pets. Lots of dusty fur every day, that and air filters keep my allergies at bay. Unfortunately replacement parts are not available.

      • What replacement parts are you looking for that you say that they're not available?

The Eureka store on Amazon has the accessories page where they have some parts, if looking for the replacement brushes for the e10s or e20 Plus, they ones they have list which say J15 also fit, but you can also find plenty of other replacements for cheaper on Amazon too, probably cheaper on sites like AliExpress or Temu.

        • Are the brush motors available? Luckily mine was just replaced when I enquired

          • @asCMSas: Those parts are usually only available by contacting the company, they're not usually meant to be user replaceable parts.

Couldn't even find them on AliExpress, admittedly it was just a quick search though, YMMY.

            • @Cousin IT: Right, replacement parts are not available while consumables are. When I asked the company they confirmed that.

  • I’ve never heard of this brand. Is it made by Xiaomi? Is it cheap stuff like lublulu?

    • Been around for years but in the US. It's now part of the Midea Group.

I think it's a bit better than the Lubulu, have access to both the SL60D and e10s.

Oh ok thanks. We had the lublulu SL60D with dock and it was by far the worst robot vacuum I’ve ever had. Got a refund and got a eufy L50. Much better. But on the hunt for something better

  • I currently have an old Ecovacs (mapping avg, app ok) and have seen a Roborock (I got mum the QRevo MaxV - mapping and app spectacular) - I'm just wondering how the Eureka software and mapping compares?
