An Australian Company called Kogan is offering a Full HD 1080p Digital Video Camera for $369. Kogan featured in the lasted issue of APC magazine and work by importing products direct from Chinese factory's and rebrading them Kogan. It comes with a 1 year Australia wide warranty and scored 4.25/5 in a review by Good Gear Guide:

  Sorry - can't rate this positively as a bargain. $369 is their normal price. It's just no-name, yum-cha consumer electronics and they are still making a very sound margin at that price!

  It might be a good cam for that price (although it looks very similar to that BidMate deal posted before — from the same cheap Chinese factory I guess). However as OzDJ has said, this camera has always been at this price at Kogan. However I won't vote a -1 for that as it's still very cheap.

  The same one at bidmate is cheaper, just not rebranded. This price does not include postage & gst.
