Recommend add Mario bundle into title the price is much better then :)

I think the last time I fell for this it took almost a year to get the cash back - did finally come through though unlike many I hear

    • Mine worked fine for Switch 1. After also claiming duty free it was under $300

    • Same it takes an year for cash back to come through

    • bought an xbox x 2024-11-24, 664 - 199 cashback, which was paid out on 2025-03-25 so four months, can't complain about the price

that said, there was an issue with the cashback, but it was topcashback and TA sorted it out

    • I spend days chasing up my PS5 cashback, finally got it after like 5 months.

Switch 2 $596 after Cashback. ATL

  • +1

Also my rewards app has 10x points on switch 2, not sure if they stack I assume so? That’s another $35

  • Can i use $10 everymarket order? Or this will void cashback. Thanks

    • Not listed on ShopBack so most likely void it

        • @iWan I would appreciate seeing your source/proof of this please. I received (literally in the last hour) the definitive ruling from SB/WW on a claim I made against exactly this code being the reason for invalidating significant cashback.

I was told unequivocally that the use of this code was the reason my claim was rejected. I suspect from other comments here that I am not the only one who has come unstuck attempting this.

@MattyD: Sorry brother, replied to the wrong thing.

100% agree with you, apols. Request unpublished as misleading.

    • void

    • Don’t

    • Cap at $100

      • Knew there was a catch.

        • The catch is a capch

  • Good deal for Switch 2 accessories and games too. Microsd express available but only for the 256.

  • Is the minimum order for everyday market or Woolworths?

  • For other shops, Do apple pay and westpac stack?

  • +5

Should have closed OzBargain after I picked up my Mario bundle release day 😞

    • -2

Well smart people dont buy anything on release day

  • Cashback amount
Everyday Market Sale (Capped at $100) 30%
    New Woolworths Customers 1.5%
    Existing Woolworths Customers 0.15%

How do I know if the Switch 2 items are included in the sale?

    • (Edit) A quick PSA: Look like people are getting 1.5% rate below. Despite their disclaimer mentioning “Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details”, it’s likely that Switch 2 is not included in their ‘sale’ with 30% CB. Use with caution!

    • +1

The woolworths customers refer to woolworths groceries orders, everything else is basically the marketpalce.
You can tell the marketplace items because on the right tab below the add to cart they say "about Everyday Market"

      • I get that, but the actual site here is “Everyday Market” already. If the site is Woolworths then it wouldn’t have confused my this much.

Just bought the G85 which work out to be around $203 after cash back. Will see if it tracks, if not will just return it https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/1128576286…

    • +2

      cashback tracked at $86.70

      • +1

Good luck. Actually what they usually do is to track the order and reject the cashback after 3 months.

        • Thanks for sharing I just sent them an email for cancellation, didn’t wanna risk

        • Same experience

    • How long between purchase and tracking? My purchase still hasnt tracked from 3 hours ago :3

      • 5 mins

        • Ok thats making me nervous.

          • @ozchobie: Hmm I just put in an order (for an airfryer) more than 10 mins ago, and it hasn't tracked yet. So it might vary between stores?

Edit: Mines has tracked now at 30%. Will keep monitoring it.

            • @KaitoKid1412: Dang mines still not there. Has your order gone past the pending orders under my orders? Mine is still under pending orders but invoice available to download.

              • @ozchobie: What browser did you use and do you have ad blocker?

                • @maverickjohn: I used the sb app and no i dont have those. Im a pro cashbacker lol. Sent everyday market a form to cancel last night (sighting incorrect delivery info) and immediately got a response this morning and theyre just waiting for mydeal to respond.

                  • @ozchobie: Just checking because people with brave etc have problems. Trying to rule that out.

                    • @maverickjohn: all g. didnt trust it would come in so i was able to get them to cancel it successfully.

              • @ozchobie: Mines is still under pending orders, status is preparing shipment. I used the SB app to order

      • Ok managed to have my order cancelled from mydeal. whew.

        • It happened a long time ago you were late to respond..
But if you edit comment you should be able to unpublish.
As you can see I did it even though you responded

  • NSwitch 2 bundle just tracked at $26.81. will probably need to chase shopback at later.

    • Not a good start I have had bad experiences chasing them for the correct Cashback,

      • Agreed… took me more then 6 months- it’s not shopback but everyday market place

    • +1

It's always hit and miss with SB and/or Everyday Marketplace

  • They must've updated the price, it's 879.95 now pre-cash back

  • I am pretty sure $150 cap deal will come later in 3 months or around Black Friday for better Nintendo price.

    • Source?

      • Trust me bro

  • +6

There should be a standard warning for Everyday Market.

    Often they track @ $0
Often they track @ the incorrect amount
Often they track correctly, and then EM changes to $0 x days later. You never find out about it, unless you monitor it.

The cashback platform is effectively a joke, and the cashback providers have little control over it.

I would be avoiding EM like the plague. It's really not worth the hassle.

    • +1

Last time they tracked at $0. Without raising anything shopback automatically changed it to correct amount about 3-5 days later

      • Yeah, wait for it. There is still a chance you will be disappointed in 90 days lol

        • +2

Maybe I’ve been lucky but my everyday market orders have paid out cashback each time thus far, its always a nervous experience though

          • @donkcat: I've always seen 2 trackings with any CB provider, one for $0 and the other for the correct amount.

I've never had problems with EM or CB paying out, but agree it's always a worry until it comes through.

I've never bought any of the "OzB Hot" items though, like switches, PS5 or airpods. I find it too risky, unless its also a great price before cashback..

  • +1

Because of the $100 cap, another option to maximise cashback is to buy the standalone console with your accounts. Then Mario Kart World separately using partner's or partners' accounts. Only works if you have one or more partners though.

    • Gangsters are rolling around town getting O.P.P. (other people’s payouts)

  • +4

Well bought switch 2 and got 10$ tracked lol

    • +1

      lol

      See above

    • same for me as well 10$ tracked

      • +1

        @gotyourback please help

      • Me three :(

        • +1

Mine just got updated to 100 yeyeye
          Check yours
this deal was worth it after all

    • I’m the same. I had the same issue last year and submitted an investigation that did end up coming through in being paid. Seems unacceptable for them to not sort (or at least communicate) it more proactively on their end.

      • +1

Update (in case helpful to others) - I just got $89.56 added with the $10.44 as an adjustment. If this hasn’t happened for you send a request. Not over until confirmed and withdrawn of course, but looking good.

        • +1

Yep just got mine too! Fingers crossed it gets approved

        • +1

happened with me too got 100 in total.

    "You won't get Cashback"

You said it right in the original post.

Everyday market is the problem, it doesn't matter which cashback platform you use.

    • Yep lol

    666 😈

Incorrect cashback tracked on bundle. Showing 1.5% instead of 30

    • +1

Of course it did . Maybe brush up on the terms before shouting yeeee haaa!!

“Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.”

      • Well in that case I stand corrected! I ordinarily had it track upsized cashback

        • If it makes you feel any better I bought a slicer on there and they adjusted it automatically a few days later

    • +1

      See above

  • +3

Not sure if I could trust Shopback for this. Waiting for Topcashback 35% no cap, just like last September 🤷. If there's problem with Everyday Market, I'll let TA kick them to get the missing cashback.

It's my friend that wants to buy Insta360 Ace Pro 2. I'll let him know when there's bigger cashback …

    • +2

Agree. As Repstar mentioned, Everyday Market has a history of tracking incorrectly. I would trust TopCashback only as the rep tightarse is proactive in making sure cashback is tracked and paid correctly.

  • I bought games and joycons on my
    Shopback, tracked correctly at 30%.

Switch 2 on my wife’s and tracked at 1.5%.

I’ve had a lot of issues with tracking BUT never had an issue putting in a claim and having it corrected.

  • FYI the last everyday market order I placed had 2 trackings. 1 for the normal 1.5% and the other showed $0 instead of the 20% bonus($50). I had to talk to the chat bot and say “incorrect cashback amount” and then upload the invoice. After 3 days their helpdesk corrected the amount. Don’t choose “missing cashback” option from their help menu because you won’t be presented with the relevant date to select (since the cashback isn’t actually missing it’s just $0).

Guessing it is not grey import as the direct listing on Mydeal is Australian stock for both stand and Mario bundle.

Last time I ordered from the everyday marketplace (It's not Woolworths, but 3rd party sellers for those not aware), I ended up with a Japanese version, even though it stated Aussie stock.

The customer support (everyday staff) were a nightmare to deal and couldn't understand why I didn't want it (No warranty and no real resale value) and made the return process very difficult (as they manually reviewed it). It then took more than a took more than a month and a dozen calls before having to get fair trading involved. Only once fair trading made contact, was the refund processed (2 days after).

The seller is different this time (unsure if you'll get an Aussie version or not), but in my experience the support (or lack of it) is enough reason to consider buying elsewhere, even though 30% cashback is nice. There support is junk compared to Amazon or eBay or any other site I have used for that matter.

    • -3

So your experience was from not being aware you purchased a grey import product from a third party seller in the marketplace, and has nothing to do with this cashback deal, thus the negative vote?

      • +3

Warranted especially when they advertise aussie stock

      • +1

Can you show me on the every marketplace where 3rd party Aussie stock = grey import ?

        • I made an error above, the advert stated "Australian Version" (I wrote stock by mistake) and the one I got was in Japanese lettering (didn't open the box, as it was clearly not an Aussie version). My neg is based on the reaction from the everyday team and not the sellers. They are a nightmare to deal with

      • +2

        IT STATED AUSTRALIAN VERSION!

My neg vote is due to the customer care (from everyday market staff) and the nightmare they can be to deal with. The switch I purchased, stated Australian stock, but was scammed with a cheaper Japanese version. Woolworth everyday staff, don't see this as a valid return reason (under their policies). As I stated I returned it and still had to go to fair trading to get my money back.

Some sellers will be honest, some not (Just like eBay), but the response from the team was not up to normal expectations that most would have.

        • +1

I see. Yeah nothing beats Amazon Customer service for sure.

        • Could also be deemed as stock in Australia ….. but it should be clear none the less with what the box looks like and not be dodgy about it

    • +1

Yep, they have nightmare customer support lol. I received a Lego box that was completely crushed and they didn't want to let me return it because "the items inside were still usable". Needless to say, I returned my item after involving Woolworths management. Avoid these guys.
