It's no MACPAC Halo Down puffer jacket for $99 but it does have a shiny Northface logo on it.

it seems though that Northface's RRP's are delusional (they're no Arc'teryx) but at $171 it's not a bad price, especially when it's circa $350-$400 elsewhere.
