This listing is for one Purple Mystery Snail at about 1-2cm in diameter.
These are a lovely striped purple colour. They can grow up to 3cm. They will eat algae, dead plant matter and leftover food your shrimp or fish missed helping keep the aquarium clean. Unless your tank is massive however, you will likely have to feed them extra food. They may not get all their food just from the leftovers in the tank.
Recommended temperature range is between 20C to 26C. You usually do not need a heater for indoor tanks unless your house gets below 20C at any time, in which case I would recommend one.
Unlike Rams Horns and Trumpets, Mystery snails are a bit more of a pet than just a cleanup crew. They will do the same job as the cleanup crew, but also usually need a bit of extra food for them, especially when they get big. An Algae wafer once a week or some cucumber/zuquini occasionally is a great choice in addition to your regular fish food.
