I thought you don’t need to take subscription if you’re not interested in videos to be stored?
That's certainly the case for ours. Will be ditching it if that changes though
I got one and as long as you only want live video and audio, no subscription needed. However if you miss the event, you get no video of what happened. Makes it useless for monitoring package deliveries etc

They are selling cheap due to the subscription that is required and price jacking fyi
Also technical issues plague these, a family member ripped his out and replaced with Reolink versions, muuuch better
