I like the Nissin Demae range, since that is what I grew up on. Five spice beef flavour is great.

This is mushy regardless how I attempted to cook it. If you like chewy noodles stay away.
less time in water = chewy
Yeah, the broth is pretty good but the noodle falls apart easily when cooked and is not as chewy/bouncy as the normal Nissan noodles
