    Appreciate the scepticism, but this is our biggest sale of the year.

    We don’t run constant discounts like some brands. 25% OFF sitewide only happens three times a year (Easter, EOFY and Black Friday), and that’s it. This one’s live for June or until stock runs out – whichever comes first. Easter and EOFY only runs for 4 days.

    We’re a small Aussie business doing things properly… natural, human-grade treats, no fillers, no junk, no spin. If that’s not your vibe, that’s totally fine.

    But calling it deceptive? That’s just not the truth, and we’ve got nothing to sell that isn’t exactly what we say it is.

      Last post on 18/04/25, as linked above, was 25% off with $10 delivery. That's technically a better sale than this one if you include the shipping price. If you don't, then they are the exact same discount.

      Calling it 'the biggest sale of the year' would indicate that this sale has a higher discount than the last. It does not.

      You even said in your last post 'This only happens once a year — and when it’s gone, it’s gone'. That's strange, because you've just posted the same thing again.

        Good catch on the past shipping price, you’re right, that one had $10 flat rate shipping.

        This time around, we’ve had to increase shipping slightly to $11.95 due to rising carrier costs (we absorb a chunk of it ourselves). But in terms of sitewide product discounts, this is still equal to or better than any promo we’ve run all year – and it's the only time this discount runs for a full month.

        So yep, if we’re splitting hairs, maybe it’s not “bigger” by a couple bucks – but it’s still one of only a few chances in the year to get 25% off sitewide, and we stand by calling that a big deal.

        We’re cool with calling it a pretty great sale if that keeps the peace. 🐶✌️

    Appreciate the close attention to detail. Shipping is now $11.95 due to rising carrier costs, most of which we still cover ourselves.

    That said, the sitewide discount is identical, and this sale is running for the full month of June or until stock runs out.

    If the word “biggest” is causing problems on here, we have gone ahead and called it just a pretty great sale.

        Hey - definitely not trying to gaslight you, and sorry if it came across that way. You raised a fair point about the wording, and we took that on board.

        We’re just a small Aussie biz doing our best to bring quality, natural treats to dogs who deserve better - and this sale is a rare chance to make them a little more affordable.

        Totally understand if it’s not the kind of deal you’re after. Either way, no hard feelings - and we wish you (and your pup, if you have one) all the best 🐾
