  Get this, i learned first aid years ago as part of some activities i was involved in. So far i have literally saved 3 people lives by knowing what to do in those emergency cases, while everyone stood still looking shocked and not doing anything.

    Many schools do run CPR courses as part of sport, but keeping a certification valid requires up to date refreshers.
