The Eucalyptus Green is unavailable in NSW it seems. I tried with the Bluegum and it worked, although it is on back order. Hope this helps

    • Yep, cant get Bluegum to QLD..

  • Cheers grabbed a couple of sets. Free shipping too!

    • Do you need to spend a certain amount?

      • No idea - crossed my fingers and at the end it was free!

  • +1

No love for double bed owners

Edit: Scratch that. They got Eucalyptus Green for $37. Cheers OP!

  • +1

Shipping should be free nation wide for bedding I believe. It's certainly coming up as free for me and I'm not metro.

    • Yeah I was unsure so I just copied that from their FAQ.

  • +1

Unfortunately the following products are unavailable in your state:, Victoria

  • +1

Seems like koala can't shipped this in NSW?

    • Same issue here.

    • yeah same, can't be shipped to Sydney metro!

      • Same for me are you using shop pay that comes up automatically for me rather than PayPal or credit card

        • tried Shoppay, PayPal and Apple Pay. Can't be shipped!

  • Thanks. Would've liked the duvet set at this price but still a good price for 2*pillow cases and a fitted sheet. Duvet can go without a cover in an emergency lol.

  • Comes up for me with this error for Melbourne metro

Note: fitted sheet height is a measly 35cm. Definitely not enough for our mattress, but if it suits yours then all the better for you.

    • +2

Yeah noticed that most have at least 40, Adair's have 50 for quite a few of theirs

      • 50 or bust for me these days. Could get away with 40 but the mattress is fairly thick and sheets trend to creep off near the middle, it just looks kinda shit. I guess it just depends what you've got.

    • Yeah, that's a dealbreaker (assuming you can even get it shipped to start with)

  • King 'all seasons duvet' doona is $53 - down from $265.

    • Polyester fill though :/ Down is much better.

  • -1

Can anyone actually get it shipped? Is it limited to certain states? Or is it a dud deal?

    • 2x sheet sets 1x doona shipped to vic.

  • Placed 1 order and it worked fine, went to place another and got "Unfortunately the following products are unavailable in your state:
. Please remove them from your cart to continue".

  • eucalyptus green unavailable in qld (sold out?)

Was able to purchase bluegum. thanks OP

EDIT: if you are getting the "unable to be shipped to your location etc" read further up that page: suspect that item is probably sold out in your state.

    • Bummer, I'm in Brisbane too and wanted the green one!

  • Thanks OP Ordered 2!

  • Canot ship to WA

    • BLUE is fine for me

    • No problem for me in Perth metro area in WA. Are you rural?

      • No close to City, may be because i was ordering couple of them and may be one of them i s out of stock.

Edit: Now working fine, may be website glitch earlier

  • Eucalyptus green (in queen) has the shipping error for me (melb) but works for Bluegum colourway - could be worth checking different colours if getting the error?

    • yeah no green for me either in metro NSW

  • Green didn't work - Bluegum said "popular and backorder potentially several weeks". Proceeded anyway because its hella cheap

  • +1

Wouldn't ship to Tas or Melbourne, but did to Inverloch, Vic!

  • Perhaps I should not have remembered right before checkout to get cashback. By the time I got to check out again, things are on backorder now…

    • But then cashback tracked instantly (4% at TopCashback), and the order confirmation doesn't mention backorder any more. Let's hope the best.

  • Stack with 30% off?

    • +1

      The 30% isn't a coupon, it's prices as marked.

      • Is there a coupon when you sign up?

  • Great deal but won't ship to anywhere buy SA addresses.

    For those wondering.

    • I thought this was an interesting comment:

"The fibers are synthesized out of cellulose. In the textile and garment industries these cellulosic fabrics are categorized as synthetic.

ALL fabrics start with a compound that occurs naturally (in the case of plastic fibers like nylon, the starting point is oil or natural gas mined from the earth).

Since all textiles come from naturally occurring materials found on earth, the category of “synthetic” is defined as fabrics where the FIBERS must be synthesized (made).

Tencel, rayon, lyocel, viscose, and modal are all synthetic fabrics. The sales and marketing information is designed to be crafty and misleading."

Seems to be alot of debate about at what point a fabric becomes synthetic. For me, I'll stick with 100% cotton sheets for as long as they are available to buy.

      • +2

I did a lot of material science before, tencel / lyocell = synthetic. But overall better than cotton due to the huge amounts of water used on cotton products for the environment.

Just remember, you're all mostly swimming and drinking polyester/microplastics.

Just relax and don't stress and let the BPA take the pain away.

      • Seconding HappyPants! I could never tolerate the satiny texture well. If it's anything like the picture - seems like it won't adhere well to the bed like a cotton bedsheet does and you'd have material bunching up in no time. If not in immediate need, I would recommend holding out for Target Stonewash sheets to go on clearance - which end up in similar price range.

How unreal a company so big has such a janky as checkout process.

  • No delivery to Tasmania

  • Couldn't order the White in Queen in NSW, had to add the Green to somehow get it past checkout

  • Initially got error that out of stock but then later worked fine.

2 shipped to Perth. Thanks Op

    Edit: Make that 3…

    • Reveal yourself negger.

      • +2

are we allowed to say that nowadays?

  • -1

Do i need it? No, is it popular? Yes, then buy 2!

  • Good deal! Thanks OP

  • +1

Says couldn't deliver to my place, then changed to my parents - who are only 12km away (as the crow flies) and it works. Weird - selective suburbs they deliver to ?

  • +3

Blue and Green in KS can't be shipped to 3000

    Edit.

Odd. For kicks, I added a White and Grey to see what could be shipped and suddenly all four colours could be shipped.
Of course, I then removed White and Grey and purchased just Blue and Green.

    Total AUD $82.00
    Including $7.46 in taxes

    TOTAL SAVINGS $328.00

No one is saving $328.00 as no one in their right mind is paying anywhere remotely full price on these.

Best sheets/material I found are the Mercer + Reid 1000TC sheets/doona covers. Beats my Sheridan 1000TC and is cheaper too.

    • Thanks! Just tried that and it went through.
      Your comment should be pinned.
Fingers crossed they'll honour the orders.

      • Glad it worked for you.

If order gets cancelled, no biggie for me.

        • How did you do it? cant seem to remove it after checkout

          • @Westpac: Go up to the page of payment but don't pay. Click cart (under the koala logo) - delete the white and grey, then checkout again.

  • Any deals for single beds?

  • cant even ship to brisbane ?

    • See my comment below if you want king sheets

  • The website is actually very easy to use. It is a shame about the checkout issues - they probably lose sales at the last post.

  • +1

Who would've paid rrp at $195 for a bed sheet?

  • Remember cashback too. TopCB is 4% so highest rate as it always is.

    • +1

Shopback also has 3% for Plus + 2% bonus for Westpac + $25 challenge if you spend $250

  • +2

Bought a eucalyptus double set shipped to Adelaide. Apparently it’s out of stock but they’ll still honour the order? I paid and their system has sent me a confirmation email. We’ll see!

    • Designed by Koala in Sydney, Manufactured in China.. Im sure theres 300 million more which can be drop shipped to you

      • If it’s marketed as a clearance item on heavy discount, I’d imagine they’re trying to clear old/excess stock… not manufacture more to send out. But I’m no retail expert.

  • Managed to get 2 sheet sets ordered to Sydney. Wouldn't work with express checkout using Google Pay, but using PayPal through normal checkout with the same address worked

  • Couldn't get it to ship 1x green king sheet set to Brisbane.

But then added 1x blue king sheet set to the order (along with the green) and it would allow it.

Then I bailed on the order after seeing they are only 30cm deep. But the process above might work for someone else in Brissie who wants it

  • Green one doesn't ship to NSW, blue one is $100 for Double already. Rip.

    • -1

Invalid use of neg. The deal works for others.

  • Try playing around with the cart if it can't ship the items you want to your address! Tried adding x2 king ones that we wanted which didn't work and then just added an extra queen one too that would be useful and it was all able to be shipped to my address. Weird but worked

  • Thanks OP! Got a king set in blue & green!

  • Bluegum in Queen said it was on backorder at checkout stage but still let me proceed.

  • Designed by Koala in Sydney, Manufactured in China.

  • Link just disappeared?

  • Great, just sold out…Queen

    Page not found

      ozbargained

  • Somehow if you have both blue and green in cart, it allows you to ship.

  • +1

Anyone else getting a 404 error?

    • yep

  • +5

Take my dog for a walk and it's all gone :(

    • It's back! Got a couple of queens!

  • Thanks OP. Hopefully this doesn't get cancelled!

  • +1

    Potential price error?
Maybe instead of $41 discount they changed the price to $41. The deep fit sheet set ones seem to be marked down by at about $45 so it would make sense.

  • Managed to finally place through an order just then after a few tries for the blue….
Was initially trying to place an order for 1 x king but as others have pointed out - it was complaining about my location (QLD).
So I changed it to 2 x king = $82 total - which allowed me to pay for the order and receive an order confirmation.
So there might be a hidden minimum order cost? Although I tried the same with 1x queen and 1x king and it threw the same delivery error. YMMV
