What is the procedure to not actually send a device for trade in? Happy to cop the 60$ fee
still do the trade in as usual, then just dont send it. they will send you the postage label and 2 or 3 emails to remind you to send it after you receive the device. 2 weeks after that, they will charge you $60
I've just used a temp/prepaid card that I'm going to cancel anyway. Happy to have the$10 charge for trade in but when it comes to the no return fee there won't be any funds.
You just don't send in the device - that's it.
Try and do a $1 trade in device, some have said if it's a $1 trade in value device and you don't send it, the fee is only $30
But my issue is they want a photo of ID. Gotta be careful after the optus and medibank hack
