I just checked, it does have optical out. So I could try one of these amps with optical in and a universal remote to control volume

Are there any of these mini amps that come with HDMi to hook up to a tv? I don't think my tv will do Bluetooth and doesn't have rca outputs

I had one of these, was a real PoS. Struggled with focus, picutre quality was crap and then eventually died after 1.5 years of use.
