Just upgrade your CPU, Motherboard and RAM since GPU price is still ridiculous.
Just drop a 5700X3D CPU into your board, sell the 3600. That's all you need to do for now.
Maybe a good deal on a 9070XT but just sit tight.Regarding RAM , I would upgrade to 32GB from 16GB

Good luck finding the 5700X3D for a reasonable price since they have been discontinued.
DDR4 is so damn cheap and GPUs are so damn expensive that it seems you'd be best off with a 5700/5800X3D build these days, value-wise. That's just insane to me.
I jut wanted to say that PLE has removed the discount and this memory is now $99.
