I bought a Dan one a few days ago, when I go to redeem it (Android app) it wants a Woolworths At Work login. I tried Ipad (app) & Windows (browser) and they open a browser windows/tab with a spinning circle. SB are useless "start your device, clear the cache, reinstall the app" type BS.@gotyourback Can you please check on this Dan gift card? Thanks.

I purchased at 1:32am and only received 1% cashback. Have not received the bonus 5% cashback even though I purchased 9 hours ago.
When i try to shop on the app under the Westpac bonus 5% cashback for EG Gift Card Challenge, I keep getting a message "Lost your way. What you are looking for doesn't seem ….. Return to previous page".
Is this happening to anyone else?Unfortunately promo may have expired. Same message with St George Bank as well. Will tag GYB.

@CL123 The 5% offer still shows in the app but you would have to buy from the regular EG gift card section. I still can't access from Westpac/St George challenge. However it is not tracking correctly as per this comment. You would have to contact GYB, see here.
@CL123 The app hasn't been fixed yet with the 5% link. You can purchase in the regular gift card section. It seems to be tracking correctly today. 5% may track later.

Same thing happened with the bank bonus promotion from the 16th of June. 10% upsize cashback for EBay if use St. George/BOM.
My normal ShopBack for eBay tracked at 0.6 % but the 10% bank bonus didn’t track. @gotyourback could you have a look into this as well please.

Did you buy from the regular EG gift card area that shows 1% or did it show 5% cashback when you bought? I can't access from Westpac or St George challenge to buy this.
I expired the post this morning as it wasn't tracking correctly.
Trying to access via the 5% bonus for any of the banks fails due to ‘oops something went wrong’.
Via the 1% link, it mentions the bank bonuses so it should still be payable if you purchase through there.

I just purchased EG egift card using Westpac debit card. Standard 1% cashback and bonus 5% cashback both tracked after 2 minutes.
bought EG gift card yesterday at 7:49am using linked westpac debit card.
1% cashback tracked and confirmed.
5% not tracked yetedited: just received the email saying 5% it’s tracked.
seems team is working hard to remediate this issue.
