    Warning to all it tracks at 50% then reverts to 30%. I think @gotyourback needs to take a look as it says 50% on the app front page still. Feels a bit bait and switchy

    Yeah I have an email confirming the full 50% aka $10, now reduced to 30% wtf?!?
    Probably wouldn't have bothered had I've known, @gotyourback @SaveMoniezzz please explain.

      DM'd GYB and got a reply saying they will honour orders placed before 9:20am and will adjust it manually within the next 48 hours.

          Yeah you did nothing wrong! It's shopback who made the mistake, and I hope they will honour all orders placed within said period. Once my cashback is adjusted I will remove my neg.

            @shkippy: They are probably obliged to honour. 50% cashback offer has been offered numerous times before so it's not an unusual offer.

        I just made a small order that was tracked for zero cashback. At the moment, there's no minimum spend for 30% cashback as advertised. Let's see if it'll be corrected later and triggers the $5 bonus.

      There is no min spend but someone said it's tracking at zero cashback. Please take screenshots and contact GYB if any issues. GYB has been quiet in this post.

        GYB's not in the position to put out fire like this anyway. I'm more inclined into someone posting the 30% again as a separate deal / update this deal so I can claim the highest cashback guarantee with TCB. Shopback's been a PITA to deal with while TCB is almost fully automatic - the boost will come the next day after you submit the claim without human intervention.

          The mods expired this offer and didn't change to 30%. I assume a new post for 30% is required. No one has posted and it would be negged. I haven't done a HCG with TCB and unfamiliar with the process.

                  @pyr0maniac: Ticket closed with a "goodwill" cashback of 30% issued. They claimed that they didn't get a response from merchant so they won't get a commission.

        Yes, it still shows zero though the $5 bonus was tracked. If everyone needs to open a ticket for it, the scheme is like a selective scam.
