This was my first coffee machine and actually wasn't bad. Maybe not as easy to make good coffee as the Delonghi Dedica, but had a much better steam wand. I wouldn't pay more than this though. Definitely not worth over $300.

Ours still running 8 years on when it was $199. Testament to design when it's barely changed since inception. 58mm group handle rocks, just replace the pressurised baskets and it will surprise you. Won a Choice Magazine award and I can see why.

    • would you mind elaborating a bit more? how is a 58 group handle different to the one that comes with this machine?

Bought it for around $200 few years ago and still running strong.

  • So by the comments this machine is a good machine

    • Sure is. I've been in a journey to master making coffees with it, and after 6 months got it nailed. You need a decent grinder though, otherwise I buy OzB's favourite Airjo coffee and get it pre-ground.
