my mum just told me she has my old game boy in it's original box at her house (in UK), I thought I was going to be rich but apparently the trade in price is up to $42 :(
I’m still have one, in original box, with about 20 games plus the original receipt from purchase back in about 1993, and no f’ing way would I sell it to these arse clowns for *adjusts glasses* $60…

But Sega Mega Drive 1 and 2 and Sonic 1 didn't have any memory. You had to play all the way through in one mega session.
Finally. Always felt sorry for the workers being forced to confirm games one at a time.
Im surprised at some of the values. Reasonable considering you can get value boosters.

Could make a killing setting up a booth outside EB games and offering 10% higher price in cash.
No doubt you will see ads on fb offering 10-20% more than eb games trade in prices

Does anyone know if EB offer reduced trade in values whilst a sale is running? I want to trade in XSX controllers (which are currently on sale) but the $13 they are offering is pitiful.
Yes they do, only if the price of the preowned itself has been reduced.
So they only give $408 for a Switch 2.
