I’ve been unable to place an order through the app for the past two months.
Every time I reach the final step, I receive an error message (payment issue related) - regardless of whether I use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or an individual card.
I’ve contacted KFC twice about this issue but no response from KFC and there doesn’t appear to be a phone number I can call.
Should I try deleting my account through the app and creating a new one or any phone number I can call?
I called 1800 865 182 listed on their website but it is the doordash team.
Reason not working:
'payment gateway handler - Yum! Brands has blocked your number and email address. They will only probably start to care if a greater percentage of customers become affected.'

I had this problem with McDonalds app because I didn't give it location permissions
