Lately I have had multiple orders - some sold by Amazon some sold by other sellers, but all listed as fulfilled by Amazon, that just don't ship. There's no estimated delivery dates given or anything like that.
I had four orders placed for random things between the 2nd and 6th of June, that still hadn't shipped as of yesterday and no estimated dates provided. I initially inquired about a week ago and was told it was some fulfilment centre issue and the rep said I should just cancel the orders and reorder. I said I just wanted the orders shipped as prices had changed. Gave it a few more days, no shipment and inquired again yesterday and was told something similar that didn't make much sense to me but they offered to cancel it and give me $30 credit. So I did that.
Have since placed some other orders to try get some EOFY things sorted, and similar situation yesterday and today. Orders received, no dates provided, no shipment yet.
I'm located in a regional area and slowly Amazon has been stopping shipping to me and others in the same situation, but this is obvious at the point of purchase - something along the lines of 'Amazon does not ship to this address'. I'm curious if they're now expanding this further and just deciding not to ship to these regional areas and not telling customers?
Does anyone have any similar experiences or any suggestions on what might be going on?
nope… all good here…
