I think there are some good deals here if you are in need of new luggage. Samsonite have some popular options on clearance, mostly at 50% off, combined with 20% cashback on Samsonite clearance items at Cashrewards or Shopback.

    No thanks Samsonite. You've changed how your luggages are made. I compared my old B Fly 5 with the new one that I bought and the make significantly degraded. The seams are showing and wrinkled. The wheels suck (the old one is still good) and the handle on the new one has more wobble. Not worth hundreds of dollars.

        First hand experience.
        The $99 kmart suitcase is an absolute steal.

        I took it to Japan for a month, and wheeled it at least 3kms every hotel change (did it all on foot).

        5 hotels, so thats about 15kms of wheeling over ashphalt. Almost no wear. Zips are great, handle is sturdy.

        Ill be reusing it for another month soon, its held up so well. Only support was 1 luggage strap over the middle.

      I would say Proxis is the best suitcase in this deal, it's one of their more premium and lightweight suitcases. Carry on: 2.3kg, 75cm: 3.1kg, 81cm: 3.6kg.
      Oc2lite is also a good option if you don't mind the colour, it's not as light or as premium material as the Proxis but it is a fair amount cheaper and a good option for most people.
      Personally I was looking out for a deal on either the C-Lite or Proxis as I liked both when I saw them in store, I went with the Proxis at this price.

    Tosca, which is Aussie, had a warehouse sale last week where similar luggages were going for $149 after discount. Way more value than this and it's an Aussie company.

      The Proxis is made out of material that Samsonite call roxkin. It's a multi-layered polypropylene which is lightweight, impact resistant and designed to bounce back into shape. That's the reason you would buy this over other cheaper options, purely for the material used and how lightweight yet strong it is. Whether that's worth it to you or not might depend on your use case, how much you want to spend, etc. For me personally I would never pay full price for Samsonite - RRP feels well overpriced and it always seems to be on sale at 40% off. At 50% off plus the 20% cashback that was enough of a discount to make it worth it for me.
