E88 Quadcopter Drone $11.50 + $7.30 Delivery @ tanvry via eBay

70

Great toy drone for kids to mess around with, or as a trainer before getting more expensive DJI drones which can be very expensive to crash.
These don't come with the camera which would be quite useless anyways as the advertised "8K' becomes something like footage from the 1980s so I don't stock those ones.
Want to clear all this before EOFY tomorrow. Can do pickups in clayton VIC for $11 as well. If you're very far from VIC, I will send with express post at no extra cost for you, else i'll default to regular post.

Had two remotes affected by bad batteries – they leaked and corroded one of the springs in the remote’s battery slot. The remotes still work if you place a bit of aluminium foil to bridge the gap

  • I see 11.50

    • oops fixed, dunno why i had it for 12.50, thanks!

  • Don't get this as a trainer and expect your kid to become a pro fpv pilot. It won't help at all. Just set expectation as e-waste toy and you'll be fine.

Got gifted same thing (from somewhere else) and it wouldn't fly straight, goes out of range easily at the local park and not really stable. Full charge lasted about 7 min, broke one of the arms after about 5 flights.

The controller was draining AA batteries even when turned off. Remember to take em out.

    • range is about 30metres, but yes with these drones go too far and they may fly away, I've made that clear in the description as it has happened to me once haha

in regards to it not flying straight, wind has a big impact on it, and it requires fine tuning, those left right buttons on the remote.
Flight time at full charge is around 5-8min depending on flight style.

Definitely not for FPV training, that is a lot more difficult and would require playing simulators for many hours to be good.

  • If you buy this please be aware of CASA's drone rules.

There's not many areas you can fly this unless you out bush or over a field with nobody around.

    • You must keep your drone at least 30 m away from other people and never fly over another person.
    • You must not fly in a populous area. This includes beaches, parks, events, or sport ovals during games.

Please also be respectful of other people's safety and privacy.

Check your State's rules too. Many states, like NSW, require you to request permission before using a drone even in a National Park.

If you have witnessed someone using a drone contrary to CASA's safety rules, you can report the incident here: https://www.casa.gov.au/about-us/contact-us/report-unsafe-dr…

  • Cheers op. Got one. My 6 year old will love

    • +2

no worries, I see you're in QLD so will send it with express for ya :D

      • Appreciate muchly (:

  • Says out of stock.
Would have been good to know which type/shape of battery the drone uses.

    • Yeah unfornately two remote's terminals got ruined by a bad battery so it was 2 less. They use the standard 3.7V 1800mah battery for toy drones, although some aftermarket ones can go up to 3800mah

  • Out of stock!!

    • sorry had two units remotes' get corroded by a battery which leaked for some odd reason, would require some aluminium foil to bridge the gap for it to work, so I can't really go selling them at 11.50

  • @weapon
