Avoid Sony seconds if you can. I had a 2nds XM3 and was constantly have cracking sound, and they refused to replace it.
Warranty or ACL?
This happened on my xm5s. It was like that when I got it but they only gave the option to repair or refund.
I was eventually able to get them to agree to a replacement after a lot of nonsense. Not of another colour in stock so it was about 6 weeks later.
I guess it depends on how much of a hurry you are in and whether the difference in price is worth it to you.
The hinge on my xm5 broke so I just grabbed xm4s seconds for $201 insteaad of $301 for xm5s or $360 for new ones from big W.
Any experience as to shipping times to sydney area? Flight leaves on sunday 6thvjuly and dhipping rabge goes from yhursday to tuesday and no priority shipping options
