Brother MFC-9325CW Multifunction Colour Laser Printer $447 after Cash Back

56

Was looking for a new printer and came across this one on the HN website, compared to the Officeworks site for $628.00 thought it was a good deal.

Went to my local store (Gepps Cross SA) to have a look. Was interested to see they had a 'weekly special' ticket on it for $595.00. They matched their online price after confirming.

Very happy with it, not too big, easy to setup and lots of features.

Wife is a teacher and she too is very happy with it (must be given how much she's used it today).

  • Should have also mentioned the cash back was easy to process, fill in their online form then post them a copy of the receipt. Interesting to note however that printers purchased from Officeworks don't qualify for the cash back.

  • Where can I get the cheapest Brother Compatible LC47 Yellow Ink?

    is that a joke? a quick search online showing $595 is the 3rd most expensive among 40 sellers
    btw, for the compassion, I bought my samsung exactly same function at one and half year ago for $280, it was the smallest one in the market at that time.

      The first page of Statice Ice is less than $400 without wasting time on cashback. Why has this got so many pos votes!?

      Feel sorry for OP who got massively ripped off and now has to wait for their money.

      • -1

        Agreed. That price is a rip.

        googling the model also shows similarly lower prices through other price comparison sites

    As per 2 comments above.. these sell for around $359 even before cash back. Ripped off by Hardly Normal. The OP should complain to HN that it was a pricing error and give it back.

    Good cheap $99 colour laser printer from OW http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/products/Technology/Pri…

    Not fair to compare the price with online stores with massively overcharged delivery cost ( some of them charge you almost $40 or more for delivery and warranty claim maybe painful as well) .To be fair, the only physical store with cheaper than HN is HT at $471. so OP have a very good chance of price matching with HT and have some money back but it have to be withing 7 days from your purchased as per HN'S price guaranteed (the link provided ).

    Please be happy with your purchase OP. life is too short for worrying about few dollars. not worth it. Have a good day.

    Harvey Norman Best Price Guarantee
Terms & Conditions ("Terms")

    At Harvey Norman, we monitor pricing every day on a huge range of products.

    We will BEAT any genuine competitor’s advertised price on the date you purchase or within 7 days of purchase when your claim complies with the Harvey Norman Best Price Guarantee Terms outlined below.

    1. The Harvey Norman Best Price Guarantee must be read subject to these Terms.

    2. Harvey Norman stores and Harvey Norman Online are operated by independent Franchisees (Relevant Franchisee) pursuant to franchises granted by subsidiaries of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited.

    3. To be eligible for the Harvey Norman Best Price Guarantee, you must provide to the Relevant Franchisee on the date of your purchase, or within seven (7) days after the date of purchase, evidence of any genuine competitor’s advertised price for identical product (ie, same brand, colour, model and quality) as advertised in a local daily newspaper, catalogue, radio, television advert or website. The competitor must have, or had the identical product in stock at the time the product was purchased by you.

    4. The identical product must be a lower price (lower price) than the advertised price or the price you paid for the product, after all allowances, bonuses, cash backs, and discounts, include any delivery charges, and advertised and available for sale by a local retail competitor actively engaged in the Relevant Franchisee’s local retail market (competitor), during the period seven (7) days prior or seven (7) days after the date of your purchase. You may be required to supply the Relevant Franchisee with evidence of the competitor’s advertised price and the Relevant Franchisee reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at the lower price.

    5. If your claim qualifies for the Best Price Guarantee, the Relevant Franchisee will lower the price by either reducing the advertised price, or refunding to you the difference between the lower price and the price paid by you or by the inclusion of bonus product to a value which betters the lower price.

    6. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply where:

      (a) the competitor has an online store only, and does not have a physical retail store in Australia;
      (b) the lower price is conditional, or a price determined after the allowance of any amount for, or is part of a promotion involving, financing, installation, delivery, bundling, rebates, cash back offer, free or bonus offer, trade discount, stock clearance or any limited quantity promotion;
      (c) the lower price is offered for a bulk purchase;
      (d) the lower price is offered under any promotion with a third party (including, but not limited to, promotions with newspapers, exhibitions or other special events);
      (e) the lower price is not available to the general public;
      (f) the identical product is advertised in classifieds, commercial resellers or distributors who sell direct to the public, parallel importers, grey importers, direct importers, fire or liquidation sales, rack, clearance and warehouse outlets;
      (g) the lower price has been discounted by the competitor by use of coupons, loyalty rewards, redemption of frequent flyer miles or similar and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost;
      (h) the lower price has been discounted by the competitor on the basis that the product is a display stock only, end of line, seconds, refurbished/repaired lines, ex demo, limited quantity, clearance, trade or factory seconds, second hand or similar;
      (i) the lower price is the result of an error by the competitor; and/or
      (j) the Relevant Franchisee is unable to verify, using reasonable means, that the lower price or the advertised product is available for purchase.

    7. The provision of the lower price or the inclusion of bonus product to a value which betters the lower price by the Relevant Franchisee will be the sole and exclusive compensation payable to you if you show the Relevant Franchisee did not meet the Best Price Guarantee.

    8. The Best Price Guarantee may be terminated or amended at any time without notice.

    9. The Best Price Guarantee is only available to you on the date of purchase or during the period seven (7) days after your date of purchase from a Relevant Franchisee.

    10. The Best Price Guarantee is subject to you complying with the Relevant Franchisee’s usual terms and conditions of trade.

    11. The information you provide to the Relevant Franchisee will only be used to provide the Best Price Guarantee to you or to discuss your claim. A copy of the Relevant Franchisee’s Privacy Policy is available from a Relevant Franchisee. How do you define a online store and physical store?
      HN online is online store then HN local branch is a physical store? then what about Woolworths, Myer and JB? Even HT which you mentioned, most of their sale are done via online!
      time to update your memory.

    • Good news, theearth can refund TS the price difference. Also your attitude does not reflect well on your business, youre basically telling us that youre going to rip us off and we should not care about it. Well we do care. Its not a couple of dollars we're talking about, its potentially $300, which could be used to pay bills rather than giving it to you.
