    Has anyone's offer disappeared after the first week after meeting the spend?

      In the fine print of the offer it always says:

      The offer will disappear online at the end of each week and will re-appear the following week, if you qualify.

      It usually reappears on the Wednesday.

  • Thanks, I had read that but the following week already started today so was worried if for any reason my spend for the previous week was not considered eligible given the offer isn't showing.

      • Same. The new email definitely has errors with the starting and ending date. I'd take the app as the main reference. Annoying that the app got disappeared and the email almost confused me until it reappeared in the app.

      Yep how strange, I've got two seperate screenies showing otherwise (first was the offer activated in Flybuys app with week 1 of 4 being Friday 4 July to Sunday 13 July, the second was after my click and collect yesterday with the invoice saying week 2 is registered and next shop needs to be between Monday and Sunday next week).

      So will just ignore this email and contact them later if needed.

  • My order had new one I'd not seen before

    My 3rd online $60 shop, of $62.65 was substituted items bringing it down to $62.

    Seems I somehow got a 'loyalty discount' of $2.50 bringing me down below the $60 shop

    That's a new one, never before had a loyalty discount of $2.50 before

    And now miss out on the 4 x $60 for 10,000 points

    • Why don't you call customer service and find it out.
      For me, loyalty discount is 10% Coles plus saver discount.
      But for your case, it's not 10%

  • I did a rough calculation. It seems I overspent in last 1 month on the two cards I was chasing to spend only $50. I needed to spend $50 on each card for four weeks. Rather I overspend and ended up spending $353 on one and $280 on another making it like 14% and 18% discount whereas I should have been getting 25%. Pretty rookie mistake!

      I emailed Coles support as I didn't get any notification that I'd qualified for the $50 bonus. My week 2 spending did fall short due to Coles deciding to 'out of stock' a third of my total order. They said they fixed it for me and the next time I spent >$50 in store and scanned my flybuys card $50 would be deducted from the total. Last week I placed an online order, and while the initial total and pending charge was for the full amount, the final amount (after the order had been collected) had $50 deducted. So it looks like it should work both online and in store.

  • Flybys rep said to grt the $50 I have to spend over $50 first then after delivery they refund $50 to the cc used. Does that sound right?

      Yes that's my experience. First the full amount is charged upon placing the order, then a revised amount is charged after the order is picked up to reflect discounts, variable weight meats, out of stocks, etc. For my order, $81 was initially charged, then $27 was charged, and the $81 charge disappeared from the card within about a week.
