Don't buy this thing, it sucks. I had one and it was so awful I took it back to JB within 24 hours and bought an original Sense (which, funnily enough, now also sucks because they've removed the main feature I wanted it for - Google Assistant).

I was a long FitBit user and reluctantly left after Google's acquisition. After using a $550 (sale price) Garmin for about 9 months I still prefer my old FitBit Versa 2. Granted I don't use many of the smart watch features and some of the health features I like are usually gate kept on the higher tier trackers. Managed to get an order in but I'm considering cancelling because I suspect FitBit will eventually go the way of the dodo and I'll be back on Garmin, so I am only delaying the inevitable.
I loved my Sense - I'm still using it. But this is the 2nd Sense I've had - the first one randomly died and was replaced under warranty. It replaced my Fitbit Ionic, which I also loved - but it was recalled because of a battery fault, and I got the Sense as a (free) replacement after a refund.
Then a few months ago they announced they were just straight up killing the Google Assistant feature in my Sense. I used that all the time and am very frustrated.
My partner is on her second Fitbit Charge - first one physically broke, but wasn't covered under warranty. Second one died just after warranty period expired.
As much as I like the form factor and the software and general experience, they are just garbage units. Every single one we've owned - five between the two of us - has died either within or just after warranty. I'm looking at Garmin.
I ordered the white one when it was still $179 (on backorder).
It's back to $380 a few days ago with 2 shown in stock, but Amazon hasn't fulfilled my order yet. Very cheeky move from them.
I hope they won't cancel my order.
If you're talking about the blue mist one (that's the colour that shows as 2 in stock for me), it looks like that's in stock with digidirect, not with Amazon. So it's not that Amazon are still selling it while not fulfilling previous orders. Hopefully Amazon will fulfill the backorders soon 🙏
