What will stop me getting my cashback

  • You must empty your Amazon cart prior to clicking from TopCashback. Failure to do so will result in an untracked purchase, and claims will not be approved.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards, vouchers, Kindle Unlimited, Audible, mobile apps, Amazon Prime subscriptions & renewals, bulk orders, commercial or reseller purchases.
  • Cashback is ineligible if using any Amazon credit as partial or full payment. However cashback is eligible if using Amazon gift cards or gift card balance as payment.
  • Second and subsequent Subscribe & Save orders are ineligible for cashback (only first Subscribe & Save orders in eligible categories are eligible).
  • Cashback is ineligible if using any codes entered manually in the 'Promo Code' field.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.

What else is essential

  • Cashback is eligible if using a gift card or Amazon gift card balance as payment.
  • You must start with an empty cart prior to clicking through to Amazon.
  • Pre-orders are eligible for cashback provided they are scheduled for shipment within 60 days of purchase, however they may not track to your account until shipped.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Amazon reports transactions based on item instead of combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report as multiple transactions in your TopCashback account.
  • Purchases from Amazon US/UK are ok, provided you navigate & make the transaction via Amazon AU.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

TA's Handy Tips:

  • Amazon tracking typically takes 1-7 days to report into accounts (Amazon tracking is not instant).
  • For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost. TopCashbackAU must be your last click (not 3-Camels etc).
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).
  • Try our iOS/Android mobile app for improved tracking results.
  • Use our contact form here for any questions or issues.
  • Claims can be submitted here.

  • Today means for the whole Tuesday? Seems ATL for Amazon Kindle PW

    • All day on Tues until 11:59pm AEST. There could be a bonus spend offer from the rep in the morning.

    • It seems Amazon devices would still be 20% cashback tomorrow. Cashback for the other categories would change.

    • 20% Cashback on Amazon devices on Wed and Thurs posted here.

  • Wait for a bonus spend offer from TA.

True but still ordered a bunch of stuff as I've been burnt before of stock running out before the deals become active.

There'll always be more things to grab.

    • Absolutely!

      • So when does the 20% on all categories start?

        • Unfortunately there isn't 20% on all categories at the moment. The offer is $5 bonus cashback on $35 spend posted here.

  • Perfumes come under what?

    • +1

Perfumes would be under "All Other Purchases" at 1% cashback today. The category could be Beauty.

In the past, there were upsized cashback rates for different categories on different days. There could be an upsized cashback for perfumes later.

  • +3

Philips Hue comes under Home Improvement, sweet!

  • At least some decent cashback here. Home improvement and sports used to be 15% but 10% is not bad too.

  • Assuming PayTo 5% off will cancel cashback.

Anyone know if Eero is counted as n Amazon device?

    • Yes. From TA in June:

Confirming Eero Mesh Wi-Fi devices fall under the "Amazon Devices" umbrella.

What would a roborock vacuum fall under please?

    • +1

It comes under "Home" (5% Cashback).

If you scroll down to the Item Details section of an Item it has its category

      • +1

        Thanks so much!

      • Can’t find it for some reason for Eero 7 devices. Even searched category on page and nothing.

        • Usually at the top left of a listing it has the category and subcategory information too. Eero comes under Amazon Devices.

        • Eero devices are listed on the Amazon Devices pages, they should come under the Amazon Devices category for 20% cashback.

Confirming Eero Mesh Wi-Fi devices fall under the "Amazon Devices" umbrella.

Eero devices are at 35% off. With this 20% it will be w great deal.

Anyone knows, eero comes as Amazon device?

  • Hi, insta360 x5 eligible for 10% cashback too?

    • +1

It will likely come under Other Purchases so 1% as it can be considered to be electronics (Amazon categorises it under Electronics > Camera and Photo).

  • does a treadmill come under sport? 10%?

  • If I redeem the $10 off $80 spend (without entering CARD10 in the payment), will the purchase be eligible for the cashback?

    • It may not be eligible for cashback. I used NAB10 and saw the $10 applied in the "Promotional credit box" at the checkout page. If you didn't manually apply the code, please check if the $10 shows up there.

For cashback to be eligible, it has been recommended to "untick the Promotional credit box" at the checkout page under Payment method > Your available balance.

      From TA:

The only balance that you can use towards payment is from your Amazon Gift Card Wallet (balance). Any Amazon credit that you receive from buy/get promos, or make-good from partial refunds etc are ineligible. Hope this helps.

      T&Cs:

Cashback is ineligible if using any Amazon credit as partial or full payment.

      • Thanks @trixieb - it’s fine if it is not eligible.

Another question: if the first transaction were not eligible for cashback but the second one is eligible (not using any promo), will the second transaction get the cashback?

        • Yes. I checked with TA.

  • Does anyone know if the Kindle protective leather cover eligible for 20% off as well? Its under "Amazon Devices —> Amazon Device Accessories"

  • Anyone able to tell me how much a bambu lab printer would get back in cashback pls?

    • You can work that out yourself; find out the ex-GST price of the printer then times it by 0.01 to get the cashback amount.

      • After the percentage of cashback, which category does it fall under

        • The printer would be under "All Other Purchases" category at 1% cashback.

  • Assuming ring doorbells are included ?

  • Might be useful for some:

I made a shortcut (sorry, Apple only) to calculate cashback, should work for most scenarios — https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/398936a82c494af590ce5221f84ce990.

    How it works:
Input the purchase amount (e.g. 1554)
    Input the cashback % (e.g. 10)
(Shortcut removes the GST and calculates the cashback)
Displays the price after cashback (e.g. $1412.73) and the cashback (e.g. $141.27) you'd receive.

  • Bought Kindle PW. What if cashback isn't tracked within the next few days? do I just return and reorder?

    • +1

Amazon usually tracks the next day. You can return and reorder if untracked.

The 20% cashback for Amazon devices is still on tomorrow. Not sure about the other days. TA's $5 bonus cashback for $35 spend ends today.

    • @Lange 20% Cashback on Amazon devices on Wed and Thurs posted here.

  • I’ve been waiting for these sales so we could purchase an Echo 15…. Ugh- not on sale. Pondering whether I should bite the bullet and get the 20% cash back or wait for a deal sometime through prime week? Anyone ever bought one of these during prime week previously?

  • Does this work for Amazon Business?

  • Bought two items in one transaction. $5 item tracked fully, $170 with no GST. Standard cashback website trickery. Reliable cashback only on small purchases.

  • +1

My eero order cashback tracked successfully. 20% and $5 both.

    Thanks.
