    yes, this is standard for many USB-C chargers and is a 'feature', as they have to renegotiate the outputs.

    Some newer models may have them on different circuits and won't have these short disconnects

    Top usb c port and middle usb c port is 45w and 20w at once respectively, top usb c port and bottom usb-a port is 45w and 18w respectively. so yes, it can! not at groundbreaking speeds though
