I believe it's because a YouTube charger reviewer found that the UGreen was lab-measured true 200W which meant it provided up to 200W whereas Anker is max 100W and has poorer splits. Not to mention the UGreen 200W is cheaper when it goes on sale.

    • I got the ugreen earlier for $97.89 from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/914204 is it the better option then?

This says it can do 2x100W via USB C. Are you saying that's not the case?

Or that the UGreen is better because it can do 200W on a single port?

  • I'm asking for best budget charging devices. USB-A and USB-C. We don't need any excessive "fast charging"… but we're very sick of using our old USB-A type adaptors that have 1 amp at 5V DC output max.

Tops out at 30w, but no funny negotiation stuff and all port delivers their max power at all times.

      • I have this charger and it's very good for what it is, however for a 200W charger, I think negotiation is a useful feature. Really these chargers at $99 is pretty crazy compared to what we had even a few years ago.

      • hi just confirming do you mean the charging doesn't stop when I plug in a new device for the 200w one?
