    Got one

    • Good call :) It’s a good price if you have been planning to have one or desperately want one.
I personally am holding off but possibly we won’t see lower than this price until Black Friday or end of year I reckon.

      • Yep. I need one now sadly for my astrophotography drive. Can stop using other drives as overflow, finally

        • I might pull the trigger but I already have the 4TB variant AND two Samsung 990 Pro 4TB, plus another 4 x Gen 4 NVMe 2TB SSDs … I can’t stop hoarding when I see good SSD deals.

          • @FrugalNotStingy: Hehe same. Got a few of those 4TBs as well plus some others. They’re so good. When I buy new ones, the old ones go into exposures… now I have too many portable SSDs

    • yeah, pulled the trigger on one too… too many 4tb drives.. haha

      • did you get yours? mine's been stuck at Sydney airport since Sunday, and now apparently have to wait another week, or get a refund :(

        • @beatsntoons yep on the 13th July

          • @FarQ: damn. That's when mine just went dark. 13th arrived in the country then nothing.

        • You should wish it arrived late! Amazon will refund you, then the drive arrives the next day and you get a free new drive! That happened to me before with one of my SSD orders 😆

          • @FrugalNotStingy: haha. That'd be nice. Worst case is they refund me and I no longer get it at the price that I paid :(

            • @beatsntoons: If you don’t get the ssd and they refund you, try tell them you’re not happy and they may give you discount to order the same drive again.

  • with trump and his tariffs, this might be the lowest for a while

    • +3

Wait, when did Trump become prime minister of Australia?

      • +2

lol.. this item is from the US of A. Since it will be imported into the USA from China/Taiwan etc, it will get slapped with a tariff and then sent to us…

        • Fair enough, didn't realise it came from Amazon US.
Yeah the value of Amazon US products aren't going to look as good once the tariffs are slapped on

        • the reason why many stuff from Amazon US is cheap is because Amazon stock too much things when Trump announced the trading war. many American retailers bought too much before the dead line. and later Trump cancelled the trading war. then they need to sell for cash flow.

    • +1

Trump's tariffs aren't on us. The Productivity Commission thinks they'll make things slightly cheaper here as manufacturers dump product they could sell in the US.

  • Anyone know this is double side or single side sad?

    • double sided

      • Thanks

  • showing $1,251.40

    • showing $934.90 for me
