  • fyi unlike last time, cheaper than eBay ;)

  • How long are these still effective after expiry?

Seller has terrible communication, doesn't respond to email or messages here. avoid.

    • +1

Very different experience here. Great prices, and communication has always been fine.

      • I emailed on the 7th to cancel an order I placed 14 minutes prior to order a different product. I also commented on the deal to let them know. It is now the 10th and I haven't had a reply either here or to the email and both orders have shipped.

        • Hi Ozzy - as I mention as much as I can, I rely on Ozbargainers PM'ing me - often clients email our paypal email address which is not our customer support address noted our our website - this address is not easily monitored due to the huge number of incoming enquiries. Also we do not monitor emails in real time (at best I get to them once a day or so) but we do pack in real time (ie we have multiple locations packing orders to ensure they get out ASAP. Jason

          • @jason101: Hi Jason, I emailed [email protected], as per the instructions in the order email

If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected]

It has been 3 days and still no reply to the email. I did @jason101 at https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/16700448/redir

With no way to cancel orders and no communication I'll need to raise it with my bank or paypal.

            • @OzzyBrak: For full disclosure - your order was made at 8.49am and dispatched the same day at 5.50pm - if I did miss an email (and I genuinely apologise I still can't see any unresponded emails from this period) - the item would have shipped before I would have got to my emails 9-10-11pm that night. I am sorry I didn't cancel your order - but - even if I had seen an email about this order - by the time I got home and hit the customer support emails at night (around this time) the order would have shipped anyway. I don't want to make you more frustrated than you already are - but tagging me in an older post referencing your order number and asking me to cancel and then posting a second comment about the same matter doesn't draw my attention to the comment - expecting an OP to read through all comments of all old posts to find cancellation requests while running a store and shipping items - is really challenging to achieve a result the requestor will find satisfactory. I ask again for all Ozbargainers to please PM me - this has high visibility, has no chance of getting lost in spam filters or the hundreds of emails pouring in daily and will always get my best attention.

              • @jason101:

                • I tagged you in the deal I ordered from within hours of it being posted.
                • I replied to the order email within 14 minutes of receipt as per the instructions in the order email. My email was ignored or missed.
                • You provide no reasonable mechanism for customers to cancel orders.
                • Your explanation is that you don't check emails often and it wouldn't have made a difference.
                • @OzzyBrak: Headline - Ultra low cost pharmacy doesn't deploy real-time email monitoring.

Just stick the tablets in the back of your cupboard or give them to someone who needs them. I'm sure you could find a home for someone who'll use them. I've ordered from these guys a dozen times and love the model of this store - cheap, informative and no costs bloat to pass on to consumers. Please don't change…

                  • @UncleRico: 3+ days vs real-time? You sound like a product owner. It's not a bug, it's a feature.

                    • @OzzyBrak: No, just a realist. The rep already told you that the product shipped the same day before he'd ready the cancellation request you posted in multiple threads. If you require a higher level of responsiveness and want to pay more, go to a bricks and mortar pharmacy where you can debate the chemist or 16 year old behind the counter on whether or not your $4.99 panadol purchase is prudent.

Some of us are happier to accept a higher level of personal responsibility in return for rock bottom prices. We'll just have to agree to disagree…

                      • @UncleRico: It was one email and one @ that was ignored? Are you a sock puppet?

                        • @OzzyBrak: Yes, you got me.

I've been cunningly masquerading as a mild mannered OzBargain user for the past fifteen years and 5,000+ comments, hiding my secret identity as a pharmacy owner just waiting to pilfer $5 from a guy who decided he couldn't afford a box of antihistamine, after all…

                          • -2

@UncleRico: It was $42, but cool story. 2011 is a little slow to the party, but I'm sure you know what that's like.

                            • @OzzyBrak: Brother, move on. Life's too short to get all backed up over this kind of stuff.

You'll get a lot of change out of $42 for a box of laxatives…

  • +1

80% efficacy up to 5 years past expiry (depends on how it was stored). It's completely safe to use

  • sold out :(

    will you be restocking @jason101?
