I bought this about 5 months ago via the good guys for a little over 1k and at the time it was ATL by a large margin. I’m very happy with it, my tiles have never been cleaner! This is an absolute steal at this price. If you’ve wanted one, now’s the time it seems.

      I think the main reason to get that one would be that instead of mop lifting it can drop the mop pads off at the dock?

        yes, i think the feature to drop the map pads for vacuum is handy if house have carpet rooms.

      L20 is better if you have mixed floor types, this is better for hard floor since mop pads is heated

        I think the heated water is only used to clean the pads at the dock not actually during cleaning the floors.

      that one can drop the mop pads at the base so probably better, however it doesn't have hot water washing. The L20 also has a mop that can extend where i'm pretty sure this one doesn't

        This l10 ultra heat does have a mop extend. The brush, however, doesn't extend, so after time your rooms' corners have dust

    Anyone know if the L40 Ultra CE is worth the extra $100 or so? L40 Ultra CE comes with the tricut and higher suction rating whereas this model uses warmer water to clean the mops and has automatic detergent dispensing but seems to be only dispensed for cleaning the mop pads and not actually into the tank like claimed?

      After watching reveiws the L40 is way better than this one. It'd be this one, then L20 then L40. However, L40 is not instock at the moment, maybe it'll come back, hopefully— I need one haha

    Ive said it again and ill keep saying it, never buy Dreame.
    - Terrible Customer Service
    - App is shite to use
    - AMEX had to step in when I asked for a refund after they told me to cover the sensors with tape because it doesnt perform well on dark tiles.
    - asked me to upload photos and then videos of it not performing to a website that you had to purchase online storage for.

      I think if purchased from Amazon you can do the refund process via amazon? If so, amazon usually is very good with refund process.

    Great vacuum when it works. After 6 months, one motor (thinking the drive wheel) has developed a squeal when moving and have dropped off at The Good Guys to sort out. It is being sorted under warranty so will see how it goes.

    It was great when it worked. Dreame customer service was ok when I dealt with them, prefered to deal with the Good Guys cause it was under Gold Service for 5 years and can get a replacement if not repaired within 30 days.

    Not to pile on, and it's good to hear others have different experiences, but I'll just share that I've gone through 3 broken $1k Dreame's in the last 2 years (2 of which were either ultimately refunded or replaced, still figuring out what to do with the latest broken one). I'll echo that they're awesome when they work, but to probably no one's surprise, I'm going to try my luck with Roborock for the next one.

      Have you bought a Roborock yet? If I purchase one from Amazon now unopened, can I return within one month?
      I don't know what JB Hifi will do with my Dreame one which fails to return to the dock.

        I bought Qrevo L for $759 on the 8th from Amazon and it arrived yesterday. I tested it and i am quite happy with it. Only feature I am missing is the extending mop. It doesnt quite reach the corners. But I dont think that feature is worth another 300 dollars.

        You can return to Amazon within 30 days even if you have opened the box.

    About to pull the trigger…
    My place is mostly hard floors with a rug, so mopping is a big priority.
    This model seems like a better choice than the L20s or Qrevo L.

    But all the reliability complaints about Dreame are making me hesitate.
    Do I just play it safe and go with the Qrevo L?
    Or trust Amazon’s return policy and take the gamble? haha
    Also I can use AMEX for this as well lol

      If mopping is a priority the L20 has an extendable mop where this one doesn't. However, the L20 doesn't have hot water washing. I have the normal L10 and cold washing does a fine job so far

        another thing to mention is that the L20 has pressure mopping like a downwards force, where this one doesn't

          From what I can tell, both models seem to have the same mopping features 'MopExtend™ and DuoScrub™', so they both offer extendable mop and pressure mopping.

          From what I’ve read on Vacuum war site, the main differences between the L20 and this model are

          Like the Pro Ultra Heat but…
          Detaching mop heads
          Built in LED
          No hot water mop washing

          That’s actually why I was kind of leaning toward this one haha
